It presents program information that works two ways: as a quick reference for newer patients and as a compelling introduction for anyone exploring their options. An "Apply" button connects interested individuals directly to your admissions team — turning search traffic into real inquiries. Current patients simply click "Login" and land on their dashboard in seconds.

The clinical side of the platform. Therapists see today's module materials with a built-in document viewer option so they can pull up worksheets on screen without leaving the page. Includes facilitator-only notes, session objectives and checklists, and discussion prompts — not visible on the patient dashboard.
A staff tool for sending makeup materials to patients who missed one or more sessions. Staff check off every module the patient missed — all in one step — and the tool generates a complete, ready-to-send email. The email includes a unique access code and a link to the Makeup Video page where the patient can watch only their specific missed sessions. Supplemental materials for each module are listed directly in the email. The access code is encoded so it can't be guessed or reused for other sessions.
The central Google Sheet for managing the clinical team. Update therapist and nurse practitioner names and meeting links here — changes flow through to the patient dashboards automatically, so there's no need to edit each dashboard individually when staff changes occur.
The Google Sheet that controls every worksheet, outline, and material link shown on the patient and therapist dashboards. Add a new row to add a document, remove a row to pull it, or toggle the Facilitator column to make any item therapist-only. Changes publish to all dashboards automatically — no code edits needed.
The patient-facing page for watching missed session videos. Patients enter the access code from their makeup email and see only the specific module video or videos they were assigned — nothing more. The videos are set to hidden on Vimeo and embedded exclusively on this page, keeping them completely private and unsearchable online. Supplemental materials for each missed session are also listed below the video.
