How to Fill Out Worksheets on Your Phone

Some of your session worksheets are fillable PDFs. Here's how to download and complete them on your iPhone or Android device using the free Adobe Acrobat app.

Why can't I just fill it in my browser? Fillable PDFs require a full PDF reader to save your typed answers. Most mobile browsers will open the file but won't let you type into the fields — your work won't be saved. Downloading the free Adobe Acrobat app takes about two minutes and solves this completely.
iPhone & iPad

Step-by-Step for iPhone

  1. 1Get Adobe Acrobat (free). Open the App Store, search Adobe Acrobat, and tap Get. Sign in or create a free Adobe account.
  2. 2Go to your patient dashboard and tap the ⬇️ Download button next to the fillable worksheet.
  3. 3Safari will show a download arrow in the top-right corner of Safari. Tap it, then tap the file name to open it.
  4. 4Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen, then scroll through the options and choose Open in Acrobat.
  5. 5Tap any field to type your answers. When done, tap Share / Export to save or email yourself a copy.
Android

Step-by-Step for Android

  1. 1Get Adobe Acrobat (free). Open the Play Store, search Adobe Acrobat, and tap Install. Sign in or create a free Adobe account.
  2. 2Go to your patient dashboard and tap the ⬇️ Download button next to the fillable worksheet.
  3. 3When the download finishes, a notification will appear at the top of your screen — tap Open. Or find the file in your Downloads folder.
  4. 4If your phone asks which app to open it with, tap the Android share/open icon and select Adobe Acrobat.
  5. 5Tap any field to type your answers. Tap the Save icon when finished.
💡 Tips
  • You only need to install Adobe Acrobat once — future worksheets will open automatically.
  • If a worksheet opens in your browser and won't let you type, tap the three-dot menu and choose Download or Share, then open in Acrobat.
  • You can also complete worksheets on a computer — most browsers support fillable PDFs without any extra software.
