Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
4 Weeks • 4 Days/Week • 3 Hours/Day
13 hours per week of comprehensive treatment designed to fit your schedule while providing intensive support.
- Monday - Thursday sessions
- Morning (9am) and Evening (6pm) groups
- Weekly individual therapy
- Group modules and processing
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
6 Weeks • 5 Days/Week • 5 Hours/Day
25 hours per week of structured treatment for those needing more intensive support than IOP.
- Monday - Friday sessions
- Morning (9am) and Evening (6pm) groups, Optional Afternoon (4pm) groups
- Daily individual therapy
- Family sessions
- Psychiatric nurse practitioner support
